Neil S. Cumsky has more than twenty five years experience in the real estate industry. While he was a partner in the Phoenix, AZ and Palo Alto, CA law firm of Brown and Bain, Neil represented numerous real estate clients, including First American Title Insurance Company, UDC Homes, JR Ventures, Spencer Development Corp., American Resort and Residential Developers, Indian School/Thomas Developers, and Title Insurance Rating Bureau. He has formed and been the managing partner of more than twenty real estate entities with combined assets in excess of $100 million and with an average annual internal rate of return in excess of 17%. He is presently the managing partner of the Cibola Vista Resort and Spa and a 20-acre semi-regional commercial center immediately adjacent to the northern boundary of the resort which will provide dining and shopping opportunities to the resort's guests and owners.
Neil is a Cum Laude graduate of Wesleyan University where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and from which he was nominated for a Rhodes Scholarship. He holds a law degree from Yale Law School and received a Mid-Career Fellowship in the Masters in Public Administration (MPA) Program of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs of Princeton University where he has been a Lecturer on Constitutional Interpretation in the Department of Politics over the last decade.
